Group timeline jumping always you to create momentum in the direction of a life that you love. This expansion does not require difficult multiple steps! This experience includes taking a pause to choose the life you are ready to jump into through visualization, breath work, NLP techniques, & meditation, otherwise known as The Jump. Then we will dive into holding that awareness you have created for yourself, through repetition and remembrance. And I am your personal group guide towards the highest version of yourself!
